LA is a city of two sides, glitz and grit - the LA Arts District is a blending of the two with gentrification taking hold against the back-drop of a gritty industrial area slowly fading away. DTLA provided the setting for shooting this 911SC in Wine Red, aptly knick named “Wein11”.
